Mark E. Mr. Schwarz is also Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Financial Services, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Bell Industries, Inc., Chairman of the Board of New Century Equity Holdings Corp., and a director of Nashua Corporation, S L Industries, Inc. and Web Financial Corporation. Mr. Schwarz was appointed a director in December 2002.

Clinton J. Coleman has served as a director of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Coleman currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novo Labs, Inc. Previously, Mr. Coleman served as Managing Director of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P., an investment firm that is the largest shareholder of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. in 2012 and again in 2016. Prior to joining Newcastle, Mr. Coleman served as Chief Executive Officer of Bell Industries, Inc. and was a portfolio analyst with Lockhart Capital Management, L.P. From 2002 to 2003, he served as an associate with Hunt Investment Group, L.P., a private investment group.

Brian T. Bares is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of Bares Capital Management, Inc., a private investment firm he founded in 2000. Mr. Bares is also the managing member of Nine Ten Capital Management, LLC., the investment manager for Nine Ten Partners, LP, a private investment partnership. Mr. Bares became a director of the Company in 2017.

|Ramon D. Phillips is the former Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Financial Services, Inc., a financial services company. He served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark from 1989 through 2000, and as Chairman through August 2001. Prior to Hallmark, Mr. Phillips had over fifteen years experience in the franchise restaurant industry, serving as Controller for Kentucky Fried Chicken, Inc. (1969-1974) and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pizza Inn, Inc. (1974-1989). He was elected a director of the Company in 1990 and served through 2002. He served as an advisory director in 2002 and was re-elected as a director in February 2004.|

William C. Hammett, Jr., is the retired Chief Executive Officer of iH3, LLC, an early stage, integrated wellness, and fitness company working with physicians and hospitals targeting chronic illnesses. Mr. Hammett was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Dave & Buster’s, Inc., an operator of restaurant/entertainment complexes, from 2001 to 2006. He also served on the Board of Directors for Carreker Corporation from 2006 to 2007. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Hammett was self-employed in the restaurant industry. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Hammett was the Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President Accounting & Administration for La Quinta Inns, Inc., a national hotel chain. Previously, he was employed by the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
